Foci

My SP work is primarily with:

•    stress and burnout
•    anxiety disorders
•    trauma and complex trauma
•    reproductive concerns
•    perinatal anxiety and mood 
•    pregnancy loss and early infant loss
•    traumatic birth experiences
•    support for caregivers of PLwD

 

Approach

As an SPI Approved Consultant, I am interested in engaging a Consultee in:

•    Using their body as the primary instrument of this modality
•    Exploring their personhood as a therapist using the SP principles
•    Utilizing creativity & experiments
•    Encouraging precision through the stages of the process 
•    Keeping curious and having fun

 

Training

From 2013 - 2020, I trained with SPI on the beautiful UBC campus, in person:

  • L1, Affect Dysregulation, Survival Defenses, and Traumatic Memory 80hr

  • L2, Emotional Processing, Meaning Making, and Attachment Repair 180hr

  • L3, Certification Training 144hr

 

And online:

  • SP for Complex Trauma & Dissociation with Janina Fisher

  • SPIPA Consultation Group with Pat Ogden PhD & Kekuni Minton, PhD

  • Consultation Training with Rochelle Sharpe Lohrasbe, PhD

  • Multiple Assisting
