Life - transitions, changes, experiences

What if I don't feel I have trauma or anxiety and I just want to explore some current issues or life-transitions?

As we move through the human experience, we develop meaning, habits, tendencies, beliefs, and we respond from those places.  Therapy helps unpack the way we organize our experience around current situations and life-transitions.  Often, this unpacking tracks back to earlier times - places in which or experiences through which we took in meaning and developed responses.  We can explore the way a person sees, feels, senses, moves, and considers a current situation that includes origins and outcomes of earlier events - this processing can provide clarity, flexibility, options, and a greater sense of self-awareness.

My practice works with Anxiety, Attachment Wounds/Injury, Trauma, Current issues and Life-transitions, and Reproductive Mental Health.  I do not provide therapy for Eating Disorders, OCD, or Addictions, but I can provide some referral information for professionals who work in these areas.
